Marketing and Promotions Associate
to join our expanding team and help us drive brand growth and customer engagement. At Legacy Forward Solutions, we operate like a high-performing team—fueled by leadership, integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Our team members are trained daily in marketing techniques, customer relations, and sales strategies, and we place a strong focus on creating meaningful connections with our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution and brand initiatives Participate in product knowledge sessions and morning team meetings Engage directly with consumers to provide customer service and promote client products Assist with campaign launches, in-store promotions, and event coordination Accurately input and track customer data and sales records Apply learned product knowledge during real-time customer interactions Contribute to team development by learning skills in leadership, training, and coaching Support internal communication and coordination to achieve team goals Identify new sales opportunities through relationship building and product awareness What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Must be based in or able to commute to Buffalo, NY Why Join Legacy Forward Solutions?
