As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support ongoing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer relations, sales support, and marketing execution, while learning the ins and outs of modern promotional strategy through daily meetings and ongoing development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with customer engagement, sales presentations, and support.
- Participate in campaign launches, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
- Research target markets and identify new promotional opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Apply client product knowledge in marketing initiatives and consumer outreach.
- Contribute to training and leadership development within the team.
- Support company goals through collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
