Responsible for general labor tasks to support meeting customer needs both internally and externally. Essential Job Functions
Operate grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and elevators. Load, unload, and transport grains like corn, wheat, and soybeans from trucks, trailers, and trains. Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage. Inspect grains for quality, removing foreign objects and damaged grains. Balance and distribute products evenly on trucks/trailers, ensuring proper axle weights. Monitor stored grain quality and report issues like pests or moisture. Work from heights and in various weather conditions. Assist with loading grains for shipment, ensuring timely delivery. Follow safety protocols, wear safety gear, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Work extended hours as needed and attend meetings and training. Maintain inventory of parts for repairs and adhere to safety and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or related experience. Valid Driver’s License preferred. Ability to work extended hours. Benefits
