Summary
To generate a robust, effective digital campaign and analytics strategy to improve existing marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, and create compelling content to engage customers, distributors and the sales team. Description
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or similar field. At least 5 experience in a digital marketing role. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.) Working knowledge of social media platforms, their networks and best practices; specifically, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Slide Share. Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms; specifically, HubSpot. Includes experience with static and dynamic list segmentation and management, complex workflows, multi-touch email drip campaigns, personalized content and best practices for email deliverability and anti-SPAM regulations. Experience working with WordPress and CMS platforms. Includes knowledge of best practices for on-page and off-page search engine optimization and creation of conversion-optimized campaign landing pages. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tracking and analysis of SEO, SEM and Social Media and metrics through native or third-party tools. Experience with keyword analysis. Ability to track and report on performance of integrated campaigns. Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to write and edit technical documents. In-depth knowledge of demand generation marketing, inbound marketing and blogging, landing page development and A/B testing and distribution channel marketing and segmentation. Advanced organization and project management skills for complex projects. Ability and dedication to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
