is a rapidly growing direct marketing firm specializing in face-to-face customer engagement and retail-based campaigns for nationally recognized brands. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working directly with sales and marketing teams to support in-store promotions, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Promote client products and services through face-to-face interactions in partnered retail locations. Help organize and execute local marketing events and brand activations. Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on key sales and marketing metrics. Provide product knowledge and customer support to enhance the overall client experience. Assist with lead generation and contribute to the early stages of the sales cycle. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a professional, outgoing personality. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-focused attitude. Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person retail setting.
