Chief Human Capital & Communications Officer

to lead our most important assets: our people and our reputation. This executive role is a unique blend of Head of HR and Head of Communications, responsible for shaping our firm's culture, attracting and developing top talent, and crafting our narrative to the world. This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring our internal culture and external brand are powerful engines for our growth and success. This is a foundational role for building a world-class team and a globally respected brand. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the firm's human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. Drive all aspects of internal and external communications, including public relations, media relations, brand messaging, digital presence, and crisis management. Foster and champion the firm's culture and core values, ensuring they are embedded in every process from hiring to promotion. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from sourcing and interviewing to closing top-tier investment and operational talent. Design and implement professional development programs to mentor, coach, and advance high-potential employees. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partners and leadership team on all people-related and reputational matters. Develop and manage the employer brand strategy to position Filion as a destination for exceptional talent. Oversee all internal communications, ensuring alignment, transparency, and engagement across a growing, global team. Craft the narrative for fundraising efforts, partnering with the capital formation team to articulate the firm's story to potential investors. About Filion Capital

Full Time Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in a combination of human resources, talent acquisition, and strategic communications, ideally within financial services, private equity, or management consulting. Proven experience building HR and Comms functions from the ground up in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Deep expertise in talent management and organizational development; experience with compensation structuring is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Strong media relationships and experience serving as a company spokesperson. High emotional intelligence, impeccable discretion, and the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. Strategic, proactive leader with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. A genuine passion for building teams and cultures that drive exceptional performance. Experience Requirements

The compensation package for the Chief Human Capital & Communications Officer is highly competitive and includes a significant base salary, a performance-based annual bonus, and eligibility for firm equity. Total compensation will be commensurate with the critical nature of this executive role. What We Offer
