Position: Assistant Research Scientist -non-tenure track faculty ( Assistant Technical Director) Location: Athens, GA Start Date: July 1, 2025

Develop novel analytical methods for glycoprotein and polysaccharide characterization using MS, HPLC, HPAEC, and NMR.

Supervise and mentor lab staff, postdocs, and research professionals.

Collaborate with external investigators and contribute to high-impact publications.

Lead training courses and workshops in glycoscience.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Glycobiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Strong background in structural analysis of glycoconjugates and glycobiology

Experience in project leadership and scientific communication.
