We're seeking a
Data & Audience Specialist
to join our
CRM Operations
team within Owned Marketing.
This hybrid role combines technical and analytical skills to turn customer data into actionable marketing audiences that power engagement across
email, SMS, and push channels.
The specialist will collaborate across Marketing, Data, and Campaign Operations teams to ensure segmentation accuracy, data quality, and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage customer audiences using data from
Snowflake , CDPs, and ESPs. Translate marketing briefs and lifecycle strategies into
technical audience logic . Perform
data QA and validation
to ensure accuracy and integrity of campaign audiences. Write and optimize
SQL queries
for audience extraction, analysis, and validation. Partner with Data Governance to uphold standards for
data quality, taxonomy, and compliance. Monitor integrations and data feeds across systems to ensure seamless execution. Provide insights on audience reach, overlap, and engagement performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 yearly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Data Analytics, or Marketing Technology. Strong proficiency in
SQL
and experience querying large datasets (Snowflake or similar). Hands-on experience with
CDPs and ESPs
(e.g., Braze, Simon Data, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Understanding of
data governance, schema relationships, and customer data architecture. Knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for email development or rendering QA. Proven ability to translate marketing requirements into technical logic and workflows. Experience with
data privacy and compliance regulations
(CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA). Exceptional attention to detail, QA discipline, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Preferred:
Familiarity with
data integration tools
(Hightouch, Census) and
visualization platforms
(Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Background in
retail, eCommerce, or multi-brand marketing environments.
