- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining strong retention rates.
- Background in software, technology, media, publishing, or design-related markets preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with account and territory management strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
