Digital Print Production Specialist

We're looking for a highly detail‑oriented Digital Print Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating and maintaining digital production equipment (Konica Minolta, Xerox, or Canon).

You will be responsible for end‑to‑end digital print production, from file preparation and setup to running the equipment and coordinating file transfers to our dealer network.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience with digital production printing equipment (Konica Minolta, Xerox, and/or Canon).
• Expertise in file setup and preparation for print.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• A true collaborative and team‑oriented approach.

This is a full‑time role with excellent opportunities for growth.

Preferred Experience

• Digital Printing: 1+ year
• Graphic Design: 1+ year
• Bindery/Finishing: 1+ year

Salary: $37,440 - $45,760 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have real‑time experience working with digital equipment (Konica Minolta/Xerox/Canon) and digital print production, setting up files for print, and the ability to send files to our dealer network. This position requires great attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as being a total team player. PC and Adobe Creative Suite experience is required.
