Overview

The Marketing Director for the Midwest Business Center will be responsible for creating the strategic vision for marketing within the region and managing the seamless execution of all marketing activities. This includes media and communications strategies, exclusive customer events, and lead generation. Responsibilities

Leading and overseeing all marketing activity within the West Region Developing media strategy guidelines to fully exploit latest digital marketing opportunities Developing communication strategy to ensure relevant and effective messaging for key markets Develop and implement regional incentive strategy to deliver incremental sales Identifying new opportunities, and driving continuous improvement, based on data analysis of market trends Lead the team to continuously adapt and adjust the strategic vision as needed Closely align with the Sales Operations to understand the future strategy and drive current sales and customer experience objectives Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Live or be willing to relocate to: Chicago, Illinois Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or related commercial roles Proven experience in managing a team that performs various marketing functions Proven track record of partnering with a sales organization to improve sales and market share Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Experience working within a cross-functional environment is desired Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to develop and pivot strategy with high agility Collaboration is critical Demonstrate both long-term strategic thinking and short-term project management skills Actively anticipate and proactively manage issues and provide solid recommendations to upper leadership Confident communication skills and ability to articulate problem solving solutions Well versed in digital advertising tactics and metrics Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Ability to work independently with minimal direction and comfortably interface with upper management across all areas of the organization both within and outside the brand High level of leadership, dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility and managing vision and purpose are required Capability to organize processes and coordinate between all the parties involved Great active listening skills Employee Benefits
