— Lead digital growth and demand generation across LoadUp’s house of brands, owning strategy for web, SEO, social, and content to drive brand awareness, generate qualified demand, and deliver measurable business results. You will set vision, manage budgets, mentor a talented team, and execute when needed. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven marketer who builds scalable strategies and leads teams to success. What You’ll Do Strategy & Leadership:

Lead LoadUp’s digital marketing strategy and budgets to achieve growth and profitability; build and optimize demand generation for B2C and B2B; mentor the marketing team; stay ahead of digital, AI, and consumer trends.

Website & Digital Experience:

Own website strategy with web development and brand teams; drive conversions, customer experience, and brand consistency; evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance performance.

Channel & Campaign Management:

Oversee SEO, media, content, and social to deliver measurable results; create and optimize content (blogs, guides, landing pages, digital assets); develop thought leadership and conversion-focused content; manage agency partners.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Product to align digital strategy with the customer journey; ensure messaging and experiences build demand and brand value.

Analytics & Performance:

Define KPIs; use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track performance and tie marketing to revenue; foster testing and continuous improvement.

What You Bring 10+ years of digital marketing experience with strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Proven track record leading teams, managing budgets, and driving measurable growth.

Experience generating demand and conversions across B2C and B2B.

Deep expertise in SEO, website strategy, paid media, social, and content marketing.

Strong project management skills; experience in Agile environments.

Collaboration with web development and design teams to optimize brand, UX, and conversions.

Experience managing external agencies to deliver results; familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and digital design tools.

Advanced analytics proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.

A collaborative, hands-on leader who inspires teams and drives cross-functional partnership.
