As a Staff Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing brand strategy, development, and communications for the QuickBooks brand on a global scale. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong collaboration across various internal teams and external agencies. You will deliver impactful marketing campaigns to ensure that our customers and future customers have the opportunity to thrive. Responsibilities

Lead the development of culturally relevant, high-impact marketing campaigns with a full-funnel approach. Drive brand objectives across key markets in close partnership with local and global teams. Build integrated communication strategies with agency partners to deliver measurable outcomes. Act as a key partner to media and creative agencies, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment across teams. Collaborate with product marketing to deliver consistent, flawless execution across markets. Influence and align cross-functional teams to drive integration and brand consistency. Share best practices and real-time learnings internally, and reapply them across global markets. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in brand strategy, consulting, strategic planning, or brand marketing, with expertise in cross-functional integration. Proven ability to develop complex marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. Strong belief in the power of brands to shape organizational success. Strategic and analytical thinker skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights. Experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital, mobile, direct, acquisition, and customer management. Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with success leading initiatives in highly matrixed, fast-moving environments. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, bringing high energy and a positive, can-do mindset.
