Workforce Strategy Manager, Cloud Marketing, Strategy and Operations We are seeking a Workforce Strategy Manager within Google’s Cloud Marketing, Strategy and Operations team. The role focuses on defining workforce strategy and operations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and enabling execution across global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally across cloud marketing, finance, people ops, recruiting and cross-Google Marketing teams to define workforce strategy and operational execution.

Monitor key workforce metrics, develop forward-looking strategic perspectives, and implement key business decisions.

Support marketing’s workforce KPI, identify priorities and changes needed for the upcoming future organization and team adjustments.

Proactively manage executive stakeholders across Cloud Marketing and SandO manager community related to the workforce function.

Support and partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of workforce strategy across global and regional teams.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

4 years of experience in workforce strategy and management.

3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing.

Ability to build, inspire, and lead various and high-performing teams.

Ability to drive impact in a fluid environment.

Excellent executive stakeholder management and leadership skills.

About the Job Strategy & Operations (S&O) professionals in Google’s Marketing organization provide business critical insights and analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You will engage with Google leadership to establish Marketing’s strategic direction and manage planning and operational processes, working cross-functionally with key partners across Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering to solve challenges and drive operational excellence within Marketing. You will be a core part of the Cloud Marketing operations organization, focused on defining Cloud Marketing workforce strategy and operations, co-owning workforce initiatives, and aligning with executive stakeholders across larger marketing functions, Cloud business and central SandO organization.

Compensation The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; specific ranges for your location are shared by the recruiter during hiring.
