Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or other advanced degree.
8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategy and operations/business operations, venture capital, or private equity.
Experience in a role requiring distinctive business judgment, rigorous problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
Ability to work in a changing environment and tolerance for ambiguity.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executive managers.

In this role, you will engage regularly with YouTube’s CMO and her leadership team to establish Marketing’s strategic direction, getting broad exposure to our entire business. You will work with teams in all YouTube geographies and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve the toughest issues, drive high-priority projects, and achieve greater operational excellence within Marketing. You will become a trusted advisor and an essential partner to our executive team. You will have strong business acumen and operational aptitude as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels. You will have an approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort with broad-reaching and ambiguous questions. Knowledge of the user, and how Google’s technology solves problems, underpins our marketing approach.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Partner directly with YouTube Marketing leadership on strategic projects that support key priorities across the organization.
Develop analytics and insights to enable key business decisions for YouTube Marketing leadership.
Improve overall Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying a rigorous approach to Marketing’s operational processes.
Evaluate Marketing performance and impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our ambitious goals.
Bring best practices to stakeholders drawing from business operations, marketing knowledge, and online media.
