BD (Tissuemed Ltd) is seeking an experienced Regional Account-Based Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities that support sales teams and deliver differentiated value propositions to assigned accounts.

Job Summary

The Regional Account-Based Marketing Manager will develop and execute account marketing plans that align with business objectives, translate strategy into tactical actions, and collaborate closely with Sales and global Marketing teams to generate demand and accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive Account Marketing Plans that transform strategy into action, partnering with Sales Management and Global Marketing to craft strategic roadmaps and measurable results.
• Lead market segmentation initiatives, craft compelling value propositions, conduct competitive analyses, and develop objection handling strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and drive sales enablement.
• Own sales enablement and go-to-market tactics that generate meaningful results, including customized action plans, pipeline management, omnichannel communication strategies, and account-centric digital marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to amplify the Voice of Customers throughout global functions and identify technical engagement priorities that drive innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA
• 3+ years of experience in operational marketing or strategic account marketing to enterprise accounts
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, marketing expertise in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry, and ability to translate strategy into execution plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing marketing tactics for major, global accounts and managing enterprise accounts in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working closely with sales for campaigns or training sales, and having a global perspective on account marketing.

Salary Range

$114,600 – $189,100 USD annual (location-based)
