Senior Change Management, Training & Communications Lead
Orlando, FL — On-site opportunity with a global leader in private aviation support services.

Overview We are seeking a Strategic Change Leader who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. This role drives adoption of new products, processes, and technologies across the organization, shapes product messaging, leads enablement efforts, and ensures that change initiatives align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute change strategies that align with product roadmaps and business priorities. Partner with product owners, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to assess impact and readiness. Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, feedback loops, and change governance forums. Translate business objectives into actionable change plans with measurable outcomes.
Product Messaging & Communications: Craft clear, business-relevant messaging for new product features, platform changes, and process updates. Develop communication plans that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups—from executives to end users. Own internal go-to-market strategies for product rollouts, including launch communications, FAQs, and demos. Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs that support agile delivery and product adoption. Create scalable learning assets such as onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-serve content. Leverage digital platforms (LMS, intranet, Slack, etc.) to drive engagement and continuous learning. Monitor training effectiveness and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in change management, training, and communications — ideally in a tech or product-driven environment.
Strong understanding of agile delivery models and product lifecycle management.
Proven ability to influence and engage business stakeholders across functions.
Exceptional writing, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Experience with tools like Confluence, Miro, LMS platforms, and Microsoft 365.
Prosci, CCMP, or other change management certification.
Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software transformations.
Familiarity with OKRs, Product Metrics, and Agile Ceremonies.
Background in business operations, product marketing, or organizational development.
