Head of Brand & Marketing , you’ll lead global brand strategy and integrated marketing—driving both cultural relevance and commercial growth. You’ll oversee creative direction, brand storytelling, campaign execution, and community engagement across digital, retail, and emerging channels. This is a high-impact executive role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance—someone who can scale global strategy while keeping brand love and innovation at the center. Develop and execute a global brand vision and identity that connects emotionally and performs commercially. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across regions, ensuring consistent storytelling and measurable ROI. 12+ years of progressive brand and marketing leadership with global consumer or lifestyle brands. A strategic, creative leader fluent in digital marketing, content, and performance analytics. Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams across creative, social, influencer, and operations. A storyteller who understands culture, community, and commerce. Confident, collaborative, and passionate about building meaningful brands that inspire.
