Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term, ambitious AI product goal for the next generation of the consumer app, leading a team to design and ship successful, human-centered products that translate complex health data into seamless experiences.
Drive the integration of AI-powered features by applying expert product design skills and experience with modern technology in Health Tech.
Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of the design team while demonstrating exceptional design craft and maintaining a positive, high-performing team dynamic.
Advocate an iterative, rapid design process (using prototyping/vibe coding) while partnering daily with cross-functional leads to align the roadmap and make critical product decisions.
Serve as a strong, influential communicator who clearly articulates user needs and design rationale to align stakeholders and ensure all solutions are effective, elegant, and build user trust.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or UX.
3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
Experience in visual design and prototyping.
Experience designing and leading mobile, desktop product software or services.
Preferred: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing for products in the health or wellness space.
Experience designing products powered by Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools.
