We’re looking for a
paid Marketing Intern
to manage our social media and marketing initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing content calendars, writing and proofreading posts, coordinating campaigns, and supporting creative projects from concept to launch. This role is ideal for a motivated student or emerging marketer who enjoys creative storytelling, organized planning, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment—while contributing to a company that values innovation, teamwork, and heart. What You’ll Do
Help plan and manage a
social media content calendar , ensuring consistent posting schedules across platforms. Help write or proofread
marketing copy
for social posts, as needed. Support
photo and video shoots
and assist with production needs, including organizing creative assets online post-production. Contribute ideas and creative support for
marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives. Work with recruiters and account managers to gather content and ensure their LinkedIn or email communications align with brand standards. Track engagement metrics and assist with basic performance reporting for ongoing campaigns. Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across all channels. What We’re Looking For
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and audience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. Interest in
social media marketing, campaign planning, and digital storytelling. Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with basic content tools or scheduling platforms (training provided). A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across teams. Availability to work onsite regularly in our collaborative, social office setting (some remote flexibility, about 15–25% of the work week). Other Information
