W2 - (2) - Certified MS .NET web Developer IV (.NET Core 8+, Oracle/Db2, C#/Blazor) - Remote/Local Client: Tanson Corp. This posting is for two (2) Certified .NET Web Developer IV positions. These two roles are part of a modernization project for the Unemployment Division. They are technical leadership positions responsible for development and support of critical priority applications, including design, development, and modifications to existing code. Tasks include building and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and participating in Agile Scrum development. The selected candidates will contribute to testing through test reviews and analysis. Hardware/Software Environment to be used: .NET Core 8+; C#; Blazor; Oracle; Db2; GitHub; Jira; Swagger; Web services and related tooling. Project details emphasize on-site collaboration in Madison, WI, with remote work available from within the state. Availability for all workload requirements and scheduled meetings during DWD standard hours (7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time) is required. On-site presence at DWD Madison WI headquarters (GEF-1) may be required at the employer's request, including weekdays or extended periods, without travel reimbursement. Interviews will be onsite in Madison. Only submit candidates who can come onsite for an interview. Duration: 6/30/2026 with potential for extension. Onsite or Remote: Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. Remote work within Wisconsin is allowed. The contractor must be online, present to meet workload requirements, and attend all scheduled meetings during DWD hours. DWD may modify this arrangement with advance notice. Note: The selected hire should reside in the greater Madison area and may be required to work onsite at DWD Madison WI headquarters as requested, without travel reimbursement. Project notes: These roles support the modernization project for the Unemployment Division. Responsibilities include development and support of critical priority applications, application design and development, new development and modifications to existing code, and continued testing and integration efforts. Pay rate:
