What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Shape the innovation design and research approach by anticipating future technologies and interaction models
Lead design and research workstreams for innovation projects to ensure human‑centered experiences
Conduct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities
Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions to translate design insights into impactful narratives
Manage and mentor direct reports in Design & Research, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design
Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design, with a strong portfolio of innovative work
Proven ability to think at a systems level and translate research into customer‑centric solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in industry‑standard design tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design
Strong background in property and casualty (P&C) insurance or financial services
Experience in service design and process design
Familiarity with human‑centered design, AI/automation, and digital transformation approaches
