Shape the innovation design and research approach, anticipating future technologies and interaction models Lead design and research workstreams, ensuring human-centered experiences align with the needs of members, agents, and employees Conduct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to uncover unmet needs Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, translating complex design insights into clear narratives Mentor and develop Design & Research direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity and inclusion Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design, with a strong portfolio of innovative work Proven ability to think at a systems level and translate research into actionable solutions Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Preferred Qualifications

Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design Strong background in property and casualty insurance or financial services Familiarity with human-centered design and digital transformation approaches Experience in Service Design and Process Design Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and inclusive team environment #Insurance #UXDesign #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #Innovation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
