Overview

After a period of rapid growth at Charlotte Tilbury, we are looking for a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to support our Miami market. The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The role oversees the day-to-day operations on counter, with responsibilities in sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships. The position is an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, reflecting the brand values with the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. Requires bilingual Spanish and English in some duties and travel as needed to meet business goals. Role requirements

Must be Bi-lingual Spanish - English. Role Accountabilities include Sales, Customer Service, Team Development, Operations, and Store/Retail Partner Relationships, with reporting to the Sales & Artistry Executive. Responsibilities

Sales: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan including KPI indicators; determine and communicate targets; deliver sales objectives; identify event opportunities to raise brand awareness and engagement; motivate store teams to drive sales; participate in regional meetings and share best practices; analyze performance and propose improvements; act as a specialist within company guidelines; think creatively to grow business year over year. Customer Service: Promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional service; extend Charlotte Tilbury service through in-store support, training and events; handle customer queries and achieve positive outcomes; collaborate with Education to provide ongoing training; promote omni-channel experiences and utilize retailer databases for opportunities; maintain professional appearance and align with dress code. Team Development: Anticipate staffing needs; foster a positive team culture; facilitate in-store trainings; maintain open communication; recognize performance; promote LMS completion; coordinate seasonal trainings and onboarding. Operations: Implement development plans, maintain counter readiness, manage inventory levels, optimize scheduling, control expenses, execute visual merchandising and new launches, maintain counter hygiene and technology, raise issues for resolution, and ensure timely administrative tasks. Store and Retail Partner Relationships: Establish cooperative relationships with store teams; maximize in-store coverage during peak hours; build meaningful relationships through communication and partnership; maintain store standards and policies; suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales. Requirements

Key Selection Criteria Bi-lingual Spanish - English Ability to travel 75% 2+ years of Beauty industry experience 2+ years of Beauty retail management Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent numerical and analytical skills Ability to influence others Excellent written and oral communication Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and achieving sales plans Proven success in developing winning teams Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills Able to create winning partnerships with retailers Benefits
