Coordinator, Sales & Artistry - South Arizona

Overview The Sales & Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The role ensures effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both department and specialty stores. The Coordinator is an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, reflecting the brand values with the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential. The role aims to maximize top-line sales, deliver superior service, and support brand presence across the territory, including counter operations, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships. Responsibilities

Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan including KPIs (e.g., MOB, 0 + 12 Budget, door ranking, product ranking). Determine individual and team sales targets and communicate them to direct reports; deliver sales objectives. Identify and execute key events to bring Tilbury theater to the in-store experience, driving brand awareness and engagement. Inspire and motivate CT door teams to drive sales via the Tilbury Touch when the Coordinator is not on the floor. Participate in regional meetings and regular touch bases to share best practices and address business needs. Analyze business performance and suggest improvements through artistry, education and operations. Act as a specialist among retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines. Think creatively to ensure year-over-year business growth. Customer Service

Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive brand awareness in-store. Identify ways to extend Charlotte Tilbury service through training and in-store support. Manage customer queries with sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with Education team to provide ongoing training in service, artistry, and product knowledge. Promote the omni-channel journey and our Virtual Services when appropriate. Use the retailer customer database for direct clientele opportunities; maintain a professional atmosphere that motivates MAGIC service. Maintain professional appearance and ensure team aligns with CT dress code. Team Development

Anticipate staffing and support needs for driving sales; foster a positive team culture. Facilitate high-impact trainings with retailer input; maintain open communication and professional teamwork. Recognize and celebrate strong performance; encourage LMS course completion. Participate in Seasonal School and collaborate with Area Trainer on onboarding and follow-up plans. Operations

Implement door development plans and ensure counters are customer-ready. Maintain inventory levels and stock records; escalate as needed. Schedule coverage according to customer flow; manage expenses within budget. Lead visual merchandising and launch displays as directed; maintain counter hygiene and technology. Raise operational issues for timely resolution; ensure timely and accurate expense submissions. Store & Retail Partner Relationships

Establish cooperative relationships with store teams; maximize in-store time during peak hours. Build meaningful relationships through communication and partnership; uphold store standards and policies. Reporting

Reporting to the Sales & Artistry Executive. Requirements

2+ years of beauty industry experience. 2+ years of beauty retail management. Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent numerical and analytical abilities; strong communication skills. Ability to influence others and create sales strategies that meet plans. Proven success in developing winning teams; strong strategic thinking and decision-making. Ability to create and sustain partnerships with retailers. Benefits
