Manager, Creative - Art (Bangkok-based, relocation provided) – Agoda This role is part of Agoda’s Brand Creative team. You’ll lead art direction, develop bold visual concepts, and mentor designers across multiple touchpoints to ensure consistency, professionalism, and impact in all communications. Responsibilities

Creative Leadership: partner with Creative Managers to lead the art direction and design vision across various projects; help drive development of design concepts for campaigns and creatives (storyboards, online ads, visual systems); manage a team of visual designers and collaborate with fellow Creative Managers to elevate craft. Concepting & Execution: generate fresh ideas for campaigns and BAU projects (digital, social, print, OOH); execute with hands-on art direction and design (approximately 50%) while supervising team projects (approximately 50%); direct designers on fundamental design rules to ensure strong visual storytelling; present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders. Collaboration: work with copy, production, Brand Management, and stakeholders to develop unified campaign ideas and align solutions with objectives and brand strategy; manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Leadership: provide design feedback and guidance on projects; assist in career development and training of designers; contribute to a positive, collaborative, and design-driven culture. What You’ll Need To Succeed

8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as an Art Director in an agency or client-side environment Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma) Significant working knowledge of Gen AI tools for creative production Portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital assets, logos, video ads, and graphic layouts Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, art direction, and current design trends Experience across digital, social, and traditional media Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and rationale Excellent listening, questioning, and pathfinding abilities; resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines Excellent English language skills Desirable
