Lead, coach, and manage the
Call Center
and
Events/Shows teams
to achieve lead generation and conversion goals. Oversee all lead sources, including digital, direct, and event marketing, ensuring strong ROI on every campaign. Manage and optimize the
marketing budget , adjusting spend based on performance data. Build dashboards and reports to track performance by lead source, event, and campaign. Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to align marketing performance with company revenue goals. Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and teamwork. What You Bring
3–5 years
of marketing leadership experience in
roofing, home improvement, or construction services . Proven success managing a
$1M+ marketing budget
with measurable ROI. Experience managing
call centers ,
outbound marketing , and
events/trade shows . Strong analytical skills — able to turn data into decisions. Hands-on leader who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment. Performance Bonus:
Up to $30,000 annually (based on lead volume, CPL, event ROI, and call conversion metrics) Total OTE:
