Event Producer - Scalable Concepts at Fever. Fever is a tech platform for culture and live entertainment that uses data-driven approaches to create unforgettable experiences. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer to support our Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences and managing third-party partners. You will work with Fever Originals in Chicago, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to grow the pipeline of scalable concepts and bring Fever’s experiences to life across multiple cities. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of event production, including artistic coordination (agencies/artists), technical requirements (venues and equipment), production teams (stage managers, seamstresses, technicians), operations (scheduling, staffing, front of house, show flow), logistics (storage, load-in/load-out), and post-event wrap-up Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables Participate in internal brainstorms and contribute to creative ideation, providing an on-the-ground perspective Manage multiple cities in which scalable experiences operate and support expansion into new markets, serving as production lead for venue launches, new city launches, and show openings while coordinating with part-time regional event managers and onsite staff Negotiate deals and rates with vendors, venues, and partners Manage budgets of different scales Research and build a reliable network of vendors and production professionals Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and collaboration with the legal team on contracts Travel for launches, with some evening, weekend, and cross-time-zone work required Qualifications
3+ years in the live event production industry Experience in live entertainment programming Understanding of technical production requirements Familiarity with permitting processes Strong network of production professionals (stage managers, seamstresses, assistants, rehearsal directors, artists, etc.) Excellent communication skills in English Proven ability to manage multiple cities and coordinate all aspects of production (artistic, technical, operational, and logistics) Ability to think strategically about event partnerships and data-driven insights Capable of finding real-time solutions to production challenges Confident in liaising and negotiating with partners, agencies, brands, and talent Ability to leverage networks to source talent Strong academic background is a plus Mindset & Approach
