Overview
PDM is a hyper-growth company benefitting from the exponential growth in data centers and AI. We are a manufacturer of industrial power equipment that ensures fast lead times, keeping data center development projects on track. Core products include padmount transformers and dry-type transformers with a lead time of 9 weeks, and circuit breakers with a lead time of 5 months. All products are UL-listed, and the US-based production facility meets 'Made in the USA' requirements with imported and domestic parts. Our clients include hyper-scalers, co-location providers, utilities, and renewable energy industries.
Role Description PDM's ABM Email Marketing Manager will oversee market segmentation, nurturing emails, copy, messaging and MQL generation for electrical power infrastructure products. The person in this role is expected to be both a
strategic thinker and a hands-on executor , capable of being a team player and mentoring team members while directly launching and optimizing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, content calendar, collateral, and digital initiatives for the company’s portfolio.
Create ABM email journeys, nurturing campaigns for all target segments—hyper-scalers, construction consultants, utilities, data centers etc and for all PDM products.
Oversee lead generation efforts, track KPIs, score leads and optimize marketing performance.
Partner closely with sales, product, and operations to align with company objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitors, customer insights, and data center industry dynamics to inform decision-making.
Organize, execute, follow up, and determine ROI on events, webinars, and tradeshows.
Provide sales enablement through the creation of leads.
Qualifications
Marketing strategy development and implementation
Experience in conducting market research and analysis
Proficiency in managing email campaigns, journeys, segmentation, scoring
Content creation, campaign management, and event planning skills
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the industrial power equipment or related industry is advantageous
