Overview

Role Overview The EB2B Digital Shelf Content Manager is responsible for optimizing and managing product content across digital platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and discoverability. This role drives online visibility, conversion, and customer engagement for enterprise-level B2B clients. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital shelf content strategies tailored to EB2B platforms. Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, specs) meets brand and channel standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to gather and validate content. Platform & Tool Management

Manage content across EB2B platforms such as distributor portals, e-commerce sites, and internal tools. Maintain and update PIM (Product Information Management) systems for ~1,500 SKUs. Process Development

Create and implement processes for content creation, approval, and maintenance. Establish workflows for image acquisition, validation, and upload to distributor sites. Data Management & Analysis

Audit distributor product lists for missing images, inactive SKUs, and new product updates. Perform data cleanup and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with FSOP, Graphics & Packaging, and coordinate with external agencies to collect inputs and manage bandwidth challenges. Quality Assurance

Ensure all images meet distributor standards and are uploaded correctly. Troubleshoot manual upload issues and streamline processes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital content management in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of EB2B platforms and digital shelf dynamics. Proficiency in CMS, PIM tools, and analytics platforms. Ability to manage large product catalogs in an enterprise company. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional work. Detail-oriented with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience. Compensation

$35/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits & Employment Details
