Job Description A Fortune 50 retail client is looking for a Principal UX Strategist to join their team. This person will collaborate with multiple teams to create a project roadmap for an enterprise-wide initiative around pricing. They will meet with stakeholders (marketing, online, product, development teams, etc.), understand the space, and create a roadmap for the customer experience. The role involves combining three different workstreams into a cohesive strategy. The position is heavily conceptual, requiring rapid prototypes to present to stakeholders. The experience of this person should include enterprise‑level environment oversight and the ability to digest research and create designs from that research.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and document enterprise pricing strategy.
Meet stakeholders across marketing, online, product, and development to gather requirements.
Integrate findings from three separate workstreams into a unified strategy.
Create rapid prototypes to showcase concepts to stakeholders.
Advocate for user experience concepts and present findings clearly to leadership.
Digest research and transform insights into design solutions.
Compensation $55/hr to $65/hr (may vary based on skills, experience, and education).
