Project/Design Manager

to support the planning, design, and delivery of vertical projects in

Davie, Florida . This role is ideal for a collaborative professional with 10+ years of experience in design and project management, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project execution. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate all phases of project and design planning, execution, and closeout in alignment with Jacobs’ delivery processes Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while maintaining client satisfaction Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client objectives Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate design and build phases effectively Prepare project forecasts, progress reports, and risk assessments for internal and client review Mentor and support junior staff to develop future leaders within the organization Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in design and project management for vertical projects Strong understanding of design standards, regulatory compliance, and project delivery methods Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ideally, you'll also have Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build and CMAR Familiarity with vertical construction or community-focused buildings projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Previous experience with tribal or municipal projects and federally funded programs Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. $111,500.00

to

$146,325.00 . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
