About The Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented
Creative Project Coordinator
to join our in‑house marketing and communications team. This role bridges our internal and corporate creative efforts—supporting initiatives in HR, internal communications, recruiting, PR, and marketing campaigns. You’ll serve as the organizational backbone for the creative team—keeping projects on track, assets organized, and communication flowing between departments.
You’ll partner closely with our account managers, designers, and marketing specialists to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to moving parts.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate multiple concurrent creative projects—from kickoff to delivery—ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables using project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify project goals, schedules, and priorities
Track progress, flag potential bottlenecks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
Maintain project documentation, creative briefs, and status reports
Organize and manage creative assets in SharePoint and other file management systems
Support ad hoc projects and requests from leadership, including PR and sales initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations—preferably in a creative, marketing, or communications environment
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with project management software (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
Understanding of creative workflows, content production, and cross‑functional collaboration
Comfortable communicating with C‑suite stakeholders and senior leaders
A proactive mindset—someone who asks smart questions, anticipates needs, and keeps teams aligned
