Blues Hog manufactures premium BBQ products and is headquartered in Washington, Missouri. We are currently seeking a talented individual to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and Google platforms while leveraging Shopify expertise to drive e-commerce success. Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.) to drive sales and ROI. Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance. Monitor and analyze advertising data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends in the Amazon marketplace. Develop and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns tailored to target audiences and company goals. Optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping) campaigns to increase traffic and conversions. Track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and provide regular performance reports. Manage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced segmentation to maximize ad reach. Maintain and optimize the Shopify store for enhanced user experience and increased conversion rates. Collaborate on implementing and troubleshooting custom Shopify features. Analyze Shopify performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth. Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools like GTM, Google Analytics, and CRM software. Work with the marketing and creative teams to align ad campaigns with brand messaging and broader company goals. Provide input on product listings, imagery, and descriptions for maximum visibility and conversions across platforms. Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success in ROI improvement. Strong expertise in Shopify store management, analytics, and custom integrations. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and advertising dashboards. Understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Strong communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ad optimization software for Amazon, Meta, and Google. Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo Advanced knowledge of creative asset requirements for ads across platforms. Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting GTM (Google Tag Manager) in Shopify. Job Type
