Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Operations Representative
Introduces the CAESARS Rewards Tiered Card to new players, replaces lost cards for our guests.
Ensures initial customer contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
Greets customers as a company representative and provides information concerning specific functions.
Reviews player rating screens and issues compliments in accordance with established complimentary issuance policies and procedures for restaurants, shows, etc.
Updates and maintains customer information to accurately reflect customer profile.
Enters new customer accounts when necessary
Greets and manages arrival process for customers coming in charter buses or daily line service.
Assists at assigned special events and promotions by greeting and checking in guests.
Issues promotional amenities or prizes, redeems coupons, maintains accurate records, banks and inventory control records, and other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Marketing Operations Supervisor
Assists with all staff, guest and interdepartmental interactions in the CAESARS Rewards and Bus Operation areas during assigned shift.
Assists with overall execution of marketing events and promotions.
Responsible for promoting the CAESARS Rewards program and implementing superior customer service delivery relevant to achieving company and department CAESARS Service goals.
Ensures the safe, smooth operation of all Marketing services, events & promotions. Monitors customer service levels in CAESARS Rewards, Promotions and Special Events areas.
Assists with training team members.
Assists with handling customer problems and complaints during assigned shift ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Assists with coordinating arrangements for patrons coming by charter bus and daily "on-line" service.
Assists with the acceptance, inventory, assignment for distribution or reconciliation of coupons, which are ultimately considered in the calculation of gross revenue requests and is accountable for cash/coupons for applicable events.
Evaluates complimentary issuance decisions and provides guidance for same ensuring consistent application of complimentary issuance program.
Maintains department stock inventory records replenishing promotional stock as necessary.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility.
