Adecco Creative is seeking a creative, collaborative, and results-driven Learning Design Specialist to join our clients Learning & Design team. In this role, you’ll shape the learning experiences that empower their Urology Sales Organization, working closely with Sales Training Managers (STMs), Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners.

You’ll design and develop engaging, high-impact training solutions—both in-person and digital—that drive performance and support business goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys combining creativity with data-driven design.

This role is Hybrid 3x per week in Maple Grove, MN. Please only local candidates apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials with clear, performance-based objectives, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, simulations, videos, and multimedia assets.
  • Use adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies to create engaging, learner-focused content.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to assess training needs and performance gaps.
  • Build comprehensive learning paths and curricula that align with organizational goals and support field-based learners.
  • Create dynamic and interactive learning experiences that leverage diverse delivery methods—virtual, in-person, and blended.
  • Apply cognitive and behavioral learning theories to enhance knowledge retention and on-the-job performance.
  • Utilize Articulate 360 (or similar e-learning tools) to design Tier 1 modules for deployment in the LMS/LXP.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Technologist to optimize digital learning experiences.
  • Partner with STMs, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, training campaigns, and national sales meetings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct content reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Implement feedback and continuously refine learning materials to maintain high-quality training experiences.
  • Develop and apply evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Analyze results and feedback to identify improvement opportunities for future iterations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical writing.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply medical or sales terminology as needed.
