Harriman’s multi-disciplinary practice seeks a Senior Architect-Project Manager to join our Government Studio. Our holistic, ground-up approach to design involves close collaboration with the firm’s internal engineers to deliver design solutions that are relevant and innovative. Our work is challenging and creative, grounded in the belief that design is a collaborative human endeavor centered on knowledge, ingenuity, and beauty.
Responsibilities Support thriving Government and Federal market with strong project leadership and design management.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and project teams throughout all phases of the project delivery process.
Lead conceptual design, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, consultant coordination, construction administration, and related activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience.
Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited university, or sufficient years of professional experience to have licensure.
Licensed as an Architect in Maine, New Hampshire, and/or Massachusetts.
Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication.
Experience with all aspects of project delivery and ability to travel throughout New England as needed.
