Overview We are looking for a professional to develop user guides, manuals, procedural documentation, user policies, job aids, training materials, business cases and screen-level online help, and to document processes and procedures. The role involves collaborating with City staff to create how-to service scripts and documentation, supporting blended learning approaches for training, and maintaining documentation, procedures and training content for enterprise-wide functionality.
