Integration & Deployment – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out and configure new network solutions. Performance Analysis – Monitor key network KPIs, diagnose issues, and enhance coverage and capacity. Automation & Scripting – Leverage automation tools and scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) to improve network efficiency. Collaboration – Work closely with vendors, operators, and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in RAN engineering with hands-on expertise in 4G/LTE, 5G, or Open RAN technologies. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of RF planning, network optimization, and troubleshooting tools. Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) and, as a plus, embedded programming (C/C++). Tools & Protocols: Familiarity with OSS, KPIs, drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo), and protocols like VoLTE, NR, and LTE. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze network performance issues and develop innovative solutions. Industry Experience: Background working with telecom vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei) or mobile operators. Bonus: Experience with cloud-based RAN solutions and virtualization (vRAN, OpenRAN).
