Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Develop and drive global distribution strategy for specific region or division (BL/ PL) together with the Distribution Marketing Head in the Division
  • Execute global distribution strategy for a specific region or aspecific part of the division (BL/PL)
  • Perform strategic controlling the distribution market in the area of responsibility
  • Support distributor relationship and internal stakeholder management.
  • Report to the Head of Distribution for division
  • Focus is on ALL regions across the entire CSS broad market portfolio.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • 12+ years of business development and/or distribution channel marketing experience
  • Sense of urgency
  • Experience in semiconductor marketing
  • Experience in operating across different cultures
  • Market knowledge in the consumer, automotive and industrial segments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth at superior margins
  • Strong business growth record with distribution partners
  • Strong analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to make your numbers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is: Minneapolis, MN Minimum of $156,600 salary per year, Maximum of $215,400 salary per year.
