Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Develop and drive global distribution strategy for specific region or division (BL/ PL) together with the Distribution Marketing Head in the Division
- Execute global distribution strategy for a specific region or aspecific part of the division (BL/PL)
- Perform strategic controlling the distribution market in the area of responsibility
- Support distributor relationship and internal stakeholder management.
- Report to the Head of Distribution for division
- Focus is on ALL regions across the entire CSS broad market portfolio.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- 12+ years of business development and/or distribution channel marketing experience
- Sense of urgency
- Experience in semiconductor marketing
- Experience in operating across different cultures
- Market knowledge in the consumer, automotive and industrial segments
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth at superior margins
- Strong business growth record with distribution partners
- Strong analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to make your numbers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
