As a Director, Application Marketing on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, work hand‑in‑hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting‑edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role:

Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with system engineers to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Connected HMI solutions and associated applications

Present application and system reviews to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product marketing/management, R&D and sales, to develop and launch new Connected HMI system solutions

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Connected HMI market

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive business growth and thought leadership

Develop and deliver marketing content, including solution launches, product collateral, trade show appearances, and social media campaigns, to help position our team as thought leaders in the industry

Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

Track industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and competitor activity, to stay ahead of competition

Travel domestically and internationally to our global sites and key customers worldwide, including but not limited to North America, Europe, and Asia (accommodations for travel needs can be arranged where possible)

Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

10+ years of experience in microcontroller/wireless SoC products or application marketing with strong engineering interactions

A deep understanding of the IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity industries, including the latest trends, technologies, and applications

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders

Proven ability to increase awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for technology solutions, with a focus on IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity

Creative problem‑solver with a system‑oriented approach to marketing solutions

Strategic thinker with comprehensive market understanding and planning skills

Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity solutions to diverse audiences

Experience or knowledge in Smart Home, Home Appliances, or PC Peripherals is a plus

Familiarity with wireless protocols/standards such as Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee, Thread, or Matter is an advantage

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred

In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

Austin, TX Minimum of $182,300 salary per year Maximum of $250,700 salary per year

San Jose, CA Minimum of $201,100 salary per year Maximum of $276,500 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

This position is not currently eligible for new H-1B sponsorship.
