Graphic Designer – Temporary Assignment

Z SUPPLY is an established California women’s lifestyle apparel brand that leads the space for casual, comfortable style. Located in the heart of Orange County, we are committed to staying true to our roots while delivering good vibes in and out of the office.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. This is a temporary position with a 3-6 month duration. You will work with stakeholders in Creative, E-Commerce, Marketing and Social to create impactful digital assets and collateral critical for brand growth. This role requires typographic excellence, strong artistic vision, a collaborative mindset, and expertise in Figma.

• Full Time - Salary Exempt
• Temporary position 3-6 month duration
• Reporting to Senior Art Director
• Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Not accepting applicants unable to work at Headquarters

Duties and responsibilities

• Partner with E-Commerce (digital marketing) and Marketing (social) to create online digital content and experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver creative materials such as campaigns launches, emailers, homepage experiences, social media, paid advertisements, event and marketing print materials.
• Maintain visual brand integrity while applying current trends and seasonal concepts, delivering assets with proper web and mobile requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and interdepartmental teams.
• Solicit and assimilate design feedback and execute revisions with high accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments with a one-team mindset.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide fresh perspective.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative space.

Qualifications, experience and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of marketing or related experience required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in digital design; e-commerce experience preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Figma expertise required).
• Strong visual design sense with typography, composition, and color mastery.
• Understanding of social channel and paid advertising best practices.
• Experience with hand illustration, animation, and video editing is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality deliverables.
• Proven experience in creative concepting, art direction, and graphic design.
• Preferred experience in fashion, lifestyle, creative agency, or related industries.

Physical demands / Working conditions

This position is currently operating as 3 days in office / partial remote. Work is conducted in an air-conditioned office or at home office. Frequent use of hands, eyes, and speech when using computer and related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity.

Salary note

Position Salary Range $70,000-80,000. As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Final starting pay will consider location, role, skills, experience, market demands, internal parity, and other factors. Flexibility outside the listed range may be considered based on additional qualifications. Benefits listed are separate from the salary range.
