We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Producer / Strategist who loves advertising, is fluent in performance, and is excited about how AI and new media are reshaping creative production. This role lives at the intersection of creativity, data, and storytelling—crafting work that captures attention and drives measurable business results across the full funnel. It bridges creative production, media strategy, and performance insights to scale breakthrough creative across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. Depending on background, you may lean toward creative production or creative strategy, but you’ll collaborate across both.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and shape creative concepts rooted in advertising fundamentals, optimized for paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Partner with media and growth teams to translate performance data into actionable creative direction.
- Lead production of high-performing ads (short-form video, UGC, influencer collaborations, static, TV, etc.), ensuring speed and quality.
- Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks that connect learnings with creative hypotheses across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Analyze and synthesize performance results, distilling insights into storytelling opportunities and driving iteration and scale.
- Lead agency relationships and channel partners to maximize creative output, collaboration, and efficiency, ensuring external teams align with Jerry’s creative and performance goals.
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep Jerry’s creative fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Build and manage a creative pipeline, balancing speed and craft while ensuring assets align with growth goals.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, analytics, and to accelerate creative workflows.
- Share learnings and best practices across the team to turn creative testing into a scalable, repeatable playbook through data-informed processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy—ideally in performance-driven environments (e.g., DTC brand in-house or agencies with a performance focus).
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
- Strong grasp of what makes creative perform: hooks, pacing, iteration, testing frameworks.
- Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize output quality, collaboration, and performance alignment is a plus.
- Analytical comfort—ability to interpret data and use it to refine creative direction.
- AI fluency—comfortable experimenting with generative tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, or expand creative possibilities.
- A deep passion for advertising and storytelling—study brands, trends, and performance creative for fun.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing, from brand awareness and consideration messaging to conversion-focused assets.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in fast-paced environments, bridging creative, media, and analytics teams.
- Bonus: experience in both agency and growth contexts (especially at app-based or DTC brands).
