Overview Position Overview Faith Group LLC is seeking a motivated, entry-level designer to join our dynamic team in St. Louis. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of consulting, design, and construction projects across the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system design disciplines. You will collaborate with experienced professionals across the organization, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the full project lifecycle. This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is excited about opportunities to travel to project sites throughout the United States. Location This position will be onsite at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior designers and engineers to develop and update mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system drawings and documentation. Conduct research on project-specific technologies, materials, and standards. Assist in the review and development of project specifications. Support document management efforts, including version control, formatting, and distribution. Attend and support project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items. Coordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners across different disciplines. Travel to project sites within the United States for design coordination, site observations, and project meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited engineering program. 0-2 years of professional experience in mechanical design. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus. Willingness to travel domestically as needed. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally. Salary The salary for this position is $70,000+ depending on education, prior experience, and skill set.
