Role Description

We are looking for an Architectural Photographer who will create high‑quality, creative photos and videos using DSLR cameras, drones, gimbals, and other state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Your media will be used to market multifamily, office, industrial, retail, residential, and commercial properties to a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior and exterior media of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.
• Capture compelling exterior shots for residential neighborhoods, parks, and schools.
• Employ professional‑grade cameras, tilt‑shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3‑D tour cameras, and other tools.
• Travel up to a week per month or as required by business needs.
• Use knowledge of time of day, season, and location to determine optimal shooting conditions.
• Edit all photography and video promptly, delivering completed projects on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the shoot—scheduling, set‑up, and on‑site interaction.
• Continuously improve photographic techniques and stay current with new technology.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional real‑estate or architectural photography and videography experience.
• Portfolio review including exterior, interior, and drone media (video and stills).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Full understanding of manual camera settings, lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Mac OS and Microsoft Office.
• FAA Part 107 Drone certification (obtained within 30 days of offer).
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 25 lb.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization and current driver’s license.
• Must be able to rent a vehicle for company travel and drive up to 2 hours continuously.
• Carrying out spot‑night or weekend assignments occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience photographing buildings and neighborhoods in both suburban and city environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to develop personal contacts with key partner companies.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with commercial drone photography is desirable.
• Proficient in capturing and editing high‑quality property videos and photography.
• Understanding of the best practices for architectural photography, demonstrating artistic vision and creativity.
