FIT is hiring: Studio Manager in Village of Cedarhurst
FIT, Village of Cedarhurst, NY, United States
This range is provided by FIT. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
We’re a high-octane boutique fitness studio for women who want the real deal in fitness and fun. Our classes blend strength, conditioning, and mobility in a space that values technical excellence as much as embodied experience. With elite coaching, heavy bass, and club lights, we train for power that carries beyond our four walls.
The Studio Manager ensures that the studio runs seamlessly, team members are supported and accountable, and client experience consistently meets the FIT standard. They act as the bridge between vision (set by the owner) and execution (carried out by staff).
The role requires leadership, organizational excellence, and proactive communication to create a studio that thrives with minimal owner involvement and is primed to scale.

Who You Are
- A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Likeable, approachable, and easy to get along with; brings energy and positivity to the team

- Confident in decision-making without being overbearing
- Skilled at building trust and accountability with staff and members
- Data-informed and process-minded — able to track metrics and act on insights
- Hands-on when needed, but also able to delegate and empower the team
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping women make progress
- Flexible hours, including early mornings (remote), occasional evenings and weekends to oversee classes, special events, and team needs
- Regular communication with the studio owner (based in another time zone) is essential to ensure alignment on operations, growth, and strategic priorities
