We're seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bentonville location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing Front Desk staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, tracking key studio performance metrics, and driving the overall success of the studio and boutique.

General Operations

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio and boutique environment
  • Manage vendor relationships and third‑party service providers
  • Order and track supplies; assist in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
  • Schedule classes and manage instructor schedules via Mariana Tek

Staff Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Front Desk staff
  • Conduct ongoing training, performance check‑ins, and feedback sessions
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment
  • Communicate staffing and operational needs clearly with ownership

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional, warm, and responsive service to all members and guests
  • Resolve client inquiries, complaints, or account issues professionally and promptly
  • Oversee the check‑in process and ensure consistent, elevated experiences across all touchpoints
  • Champion an inclusive, respectful studio culture that aligns with the company’s values

Sales & Marketing

  • Support in promoting studio services, memberships, and boutique items via marketing channels
  • Coach Front Desk staff on sales techniques and achieving monthly targets
  • Support execution of seasonal promotions, giveaways, and community events
  • Track and analyze sales trends and boutique performance to identify growth opportunities

Reporting & Tracking of Financial & Operational Goals

  • Monitor and report on key metrics including:
  • Class utilization rates
  • Membership conversions and retention
  • Intro offer usage and upgrade rates
  • Retail sales performance and inventory turns
  • Assist in tracking studio KPIs in collaboration with ownership
  • Generate and share weekly/monthly reporting summaries
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with brand standards across all visual and operational elements
  • Foster a positive workplace environment in line with the company’s code of conduct and values
  • Support implementation of new systems, tools, or operational procedures as needed
  • Be available for on‑the‑floor coverage during high‑traffic periods or emergencies
  • Work closely with ownership to support teacher communication, new initiatives, and studio expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years’ experience in operations, management, hospitality, or boutique fitness
  • Confident, warm, and polished with strong emotional intelligence
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment with strong attention to detail
  • Tech‑savvy – comfortable with Mariana Tek (or similar), Google Sheets, NetGym, and reporting tools (not required)
  • Natural leader who motivates others and sets a tone of professionalism and care
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to wear many hats
  • Passion for movement, wellness, and the boutique fitness industry
