True Talent Group (www.truetalentgroup.com)® connects best-in-class talent with jobs they love! We’re searching for a User Experience (UX) Designer on contract basis for 2 months, working 40 hours a week. This is a remote role but you must live in MN or IL.

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating user experiences that not only look great but feel intuitive and effortless? As a UX Designer, you’ll bring digital experiences to life—designing, refining, and enhancing interfaces that delight users and meet real-world needs.

You’ll collaborate with a talented, fast-moving team while managing your own workflow and contributing creative, research-driven solutions that make every interaction seamless.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine user interfaces aligned with project goals and client vision
• Use Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that enhance usability
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences
• Conduct user research and integrate feedback into continuous design improvements
• Elevate current functionalities and introduce new, user-centric features
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms and devices
• Present design concepts confidently and clearly to teams and stakeholders
• Balance creativity with precision, meeting project deadlines and maintaining excellence

What You Bring

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong, relevant portfolio
• Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eye for detail
