As the Content Marketing Manager , you’ll lead strategy, content creation, and digital execution that fuels awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll craft compelling stories for technical audiences, optimize digital channels for performance, and play a key role in driving marketing excellence across the brand. What You’ll Do Develop, communicate, and execute a content strategy supporting GTM and ABM campaigns. Create high‑impact, multi‑format content—blogs, videos, white papers, and case studies—that drives engagement across key personas. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy. Lead website strategy, UX, and optimization to enhance SEO, AI search, and conversion performance. Manage and execute web content and campaigns through HubSpot and other digital platforms. Implement A/B testing, analyze performance data, and continuously refine strategies for improvement. Measure and report on key metrics such as MQL generation, web engagement, and campaign ROI. Partner cross‑functionally to align marketing content with product launches and sales enablement goals. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in industrial or technical sectors. Proven ability to develop and manage content strategies across multiple digital channels. Strong writing and editing skills for technical and product‑focused content. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, AI‑driven content optimization, and analytics tools. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms. Skilled in Adobe, Canva, or similar tools for quick‑turn content creation. Strong collaboration, initiative, and ownership mindset. Preferred Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or CRM platforms. Experience with engineering or manufacturing personas. Familiarity with account‑based marketing and GTM planning.
