Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer who’s hands-on, data-driven, and eager to build from scratch. You’ll own and operate the full funnel: acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle, and content. This is a hands-on, doer role, with no teams to manage (yet), and a clear opportunity to drive results and grow into leadership as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lifecycle & Activation: Launch onboarding, trial nurture, and re-engagement flows in HubSpot; create in-app product tours, nudges, and messaging using Intercom; write and optimize lifecycle copy for clarity, tone, and conversions; create segmented campaigns for different personas or product behaviors.
  • Acquisition & Content Optimization: Optimize and edit WordPress pages (landing pages, CTAs, SEO meta); audit and improve existing blog posts for SEO and CTA conversion; launch small-scale paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google) and retargeting; use generative AI to accelerate content refreshes, ad copy, and email ideas.
  • Community & Social Engagement: Repurpose blog content and product updates into engaging social media posts; participate in and post on relevant forums, Slack groups, LinkedIn conversations; help cultivate an early-stage community around shared data/ops challenges; experiment with growth loops via referrals, user sharing, and community spotlights.
  • Growth Ops & Analytics: Set up Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for full-funnel visibility; track campaign performance and iterate quickly; build dashboards and implement custom events to measure conversion and feature usage; identify and fix conversion bottlenecks.
  • Foundation Building: Create segmented ICPs and light product marketing frameworks; work cross-functionally with product and CS to identify activation levers; help define messaging, differentiators, and light ABM targets.

Requirements

  • You’re a Fit If You…
  • Have 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally in PLG or trial-based products)
  • Can write effective copy (emails, CTAs, blog intros) without a content team
  • Have hands-on experience with HubSpot AND Intercom
  • Can edit and update WordPress pages yourself (no dev help)
  • Have used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI to help write, plan, or automate
  • Know how to analyze funnels and launch experiments independently
  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where you’re trusted to own outcomes

  • You rely solely on agencies to execute paid ads or email automations
  • You haven’t used generative AI tools for marketing workflows
  • You’ve never personally worked inside HubSpot workflows or Intercom Series

What You’ll Need to Do

Responsibilities Summary: Own and optimize the full funnel from acquisition to activation, including lifecycle marketing, content optimization, community engagement, and growth analytics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100K - $130K Base
  • 0.1% - 0.25% Equity
